Reactivate my Holidays Pass

You can enjoy Orange Holidays Pass plans for 5 or 15 days and when you arrive at the 5 or 15 day, your plan will be automatically reactivated if you have enough balance or if you make a top-up similar to your plan rate

Before the 5 or the 15 day, you consume all your GB

If you use all the GB of your plan before the 5 or 15 day, you have two options:

  1. Wait for the 5 or 15 day to arrive and enjoy your plan once again for a new cycle. During the days you have to wait, you’ll still navigate at a slow speed
  2. Reactivate your GB when you need them, you will have to pay the rate of your plan in that moment and ask for the reactivation

I want to reactivate my plan

First of all you have to check if you have enough balance to pay your plan rate or if you have to make a top-up similar to your plan rate (find out here how to check your balance)

When you have enough balance to pay your plan rate, you have to ask for the reactivation of your plan, find bellow the easiest way to do it

Dial *111#

Access our pay as you go basic assistance, you have to access the calling button in your mobile phone (the green phone button), and then you have to dial the code *111# and finally press the calling button.

In the first page you have to dial 4 and you will see the GB and minutes of your plan, then you have to dial 1  and automatically your plan will be reactivated and you will be connected with your Holidays Pass once again.

Send a text message to 1470 short number

Access our pay as you go short number assistance, sending a text mesage

Examples:

If you have a Holidays Pass 5 plan you’ll have to text: GB PASS5

If you have a Holidays Pass 15 plan you’ll have to text: GB PASS15

After texting the message to the 1470, your plan will be reactivated automatically and you will enjoy your Holidays Pass once again.
